We host stress-relieving events, wellness workshops, provide access to teaching faculty mentors, and advocate for your mental wellness to the departments. Find out more here.

UBC has some general advice and resources available for students looking to help a friend who is experiencing mental health issues. They also provide a more free course, called Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) training.
