UBC Wellness Centre

Changes during COVID-19: Don't go to their office, but still phone them (604 822 8450) or email them (wellness.centre@ubc.ca). They've also opened up a new online space via canvas to provide information and host workshops and things. Students can self-enroll here.

The Wellness Centre is staffed by trained student volunteers, who are available to talk to you and direct you to the resources available to UBC students. There is also information there for you to pick up, and they run workshops and activities to support student wellbeing.
